Summary / Objective

Valets are responsible for providing efficient, courteous, and friendly service to patrons utilizing the valet service. Valet Parking Attendants are responsible for performing pre-existing damage inspections, greeting customers, assisting customers with luggage, parking and retrieving vehicles, organizing vehicles, managing parking area (directing traffic, delineators, etc.), managing keys, basic car servicing, vacuuming customer vehicles upon request, answering phones and collecting parking fees.

Essential Functions

  • Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time
  • Empty all trash cans throughout the garage during shift

  • Perform duties that require entering and exiting the driver’s seat of a vehicle

Physical Demands

Position Type

Full Time Position – Hours vary by position openings 7am-3pm 3pm-11pm 11pm-7am

Required Education and Experience

  • Verifiable High School/Trade School Diploma or GED
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License with no more than three (3) points
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Previous cash handling experience preferred
  • Ability to operate a manual transmission
  • Ability to pass a background investigation
  • Ability to pass a 10-panek drug screening
