Summary / Objective

Operations Coordinators are responsible for organizing and assisting in daily workflow and communication for multiple parking operations throughout the Southeast and Midwest United States from the company headquarters in Jacksonville, FL.

Essential Functions

  1. Welcome all customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
  2. Assist customers with needs as requested (by phone and through remote applications)
  3. Monitoring a camera system
  4. Filtering communication from management to front line staff
  5. Monitoring parking equipment from a centralized command center
  6. Communicate with co-workers, supervisors and managers as needed
  7. Perform duties that require working on a computer
  8. Possess the ability to multi-task
  9. Submit daily logs and reports

Position Type

Required Education and Experience

  1. Verifiable High School/Trade School Diploma or GED
  2. Must be 21 years of age or older
  3. Must possess a valid Driver’s License with no more than three (3) points
  4. Previous customer service experience preferred
  5. Documented prior experience to establish competency in duties performed and use of required equipment
  6. Ability to operate a manual transmission
  7. Ability to pass a background investigation
  8. Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screening

Pay: $12.00 an hour

3 Shifts Available

Shift: Weekends Fri - Sun 6AM - 6PM

Shift: Week days: Mon - Thurs 5AM - 3PM; 8PM - 6AM
